Physical therapy can be helpful for different issues, including back pain, stiffness, limited movement, or recovery after an injury. I don’t see it only as something people use after a serious problem — it can also be useful for improving posture, building strength, and learning safer movement habits. What I like about physiotherapy is that it usually focuses on the cause of the discomfort, not just the symptoms. A good specialist can assess how you move, suggest exercises, and help prevent the same issue from coming back. Of course, it’s still worth getting proper advice first, especially if the pain is ongoing or getting worse.
